Introductory Course - $185.00 + GST

This course is getting you started with started with ground school, about the canopy, harness assembly and basics about takeoff, flight and landing sequences. The Flight theory will include some basics in aerodynamics, meteorology and flight regulations.

Pre-flight training gets you to inflate the canopy and simulate takeoffs without getting off the ground until you feel that you are ready for your first flight.

Your instructor will brief you on your flight pattern and landing approach and will be with you either by radio or visual communication.

The Introductory course won't turn you into a competent pilot, but it will help you make your decision as to whether this sport is for you.

Course fee includes all instruction, (2 hours ground school and 4 hours flight training) equipment, manual and a Fledging Certificate upon completion.

Intermediate Course - $595.00 + GST
(prerequisite: introductory course)

When you are ready for more - this is the course for you. You spend 22 hours of training (3 -2 hour ground schools and 4- half day flight training sessions), learning and perfecting canopy handling, takeoffs, turns, flight planning, landing approaches and pilot decision making in preparation for your high flights. Additional sessions of ground handling are included.

Course fee includes all instruction (6 hours ground school and 16 hours flight training- 2 weekends), equipment, logbook and a copy of the pilots training manual.

Mountain High Flight Course
(prerequisite: intermediate course & own equipment)

Course includes 2 hours of flight familiarization and a minimum of 2 flights off a mountain in Vernon or Lumby

This course is included with the purchase of a new Paraglider from us.
